Tom Shaner is a New York City based songwriter, producer, performer, screenwriter and video director.
He describes his music as “ghost songs, waltzes and rock & roll.”
His songs, delivered in a moody baritone are, according to CMJ, “festooned with melodies and lyrical incisiveness,” sounding somewhere between the Beatles and Leonard Cohen, but with strong blues and folk underpinnings and more modern influences as well.
Tom is currently working on his 7th album.
